Deb Link, MA LPCC LMFT
Deb Link is the owner of Link Therapy and Mediation. She has built the business on the belief that individuals, couples,
and families who really want to change deserve competent and ethical care they can afford. She became a marriage and family
therapist because of her conviction that life was meant to have purpose and meaning, which for most people, happens in the
context fulfilling relationships. However, it doesn't take long to recognize that relationships also create the potential
for stress and pain. Deb works with individuals, couples and families to help create safe relationships in which people can
grow, change, and reach their full potential.
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Deb Link received her Master's in
Counseling Psychology at Bethel University in 2007 and completed additional training at the Adler Graduate School in
marriage and family therapy. As an in-home family therapist, she began her career
working with children and adolescents in the context of their family system. She has experience working in a Rule 29
outpatient mental health clinic as the Group Therapy Program Coordinator as well as an outpatient therapist specializing
in DBT and treating survivors of sexual abuse. Her other interests include suicide prevention, parenting skills training,
grief therapy, marriage therapy, families impacted by divorce, and spiritual searching within the therapeutic context. She
is also a Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Rule 114, which enables her to act as a mediator in family law cases.
Beccy Adams, MA LAMFT
Beccy's therapeutic style is to focus on finding, affirming, and building on the strengths that individuals and families possess.
As a Licensed Associate Marriage
and Family Therapist, she creatively and compassionately helps clients resolve conflicts and improve
their relationships. She has experience helping adolescents
and adults work through challenges in their lives including mental illness,
chemical dependency, unemployment, family discord and overcoming barriers to pursuing life dreams. As a Christian, she is dedicated
to creating a nonjudgmental atmosphere in which she can help clients explore issues of faith and spirituality if they so choose.
She primarily operates from a family systems therapeutic approach with a strong emphasis on experiential, narrative and solution-focused
models.
Josh Meendering, MA
Josh Meendering joined Link Therapy and Mediation in October of 2011. Josh is a graduate of Sioux Falls Seminary and has his Master's
Degree in Marriage and
Family Therapy. In addition, Josh is currently pursing a Doctorate in Psychology at Saint Mary's University.
Some of Josh's interests are working with individuals, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma,
separation, divorce and remarriage. Josh works with various ages from teens to adults. It is Josh's intent to help promote change
within individuals, couples, and families to bring greater psychological health. Josh would be happy to talk more about your
questions.
Josh Rampi, MA LMFT
Josh Rampi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. With his unique blend of wisdom, metaphors, professionalism and humor
he has helped countless people live more fulfilled lives. Josh works together with his clients to create a safe environment where
they are encouraged to take risks and explore the challenges they are facing. His goal is to help clients understand and address
the root causes, so problems do not continue to resurface. Josh's interests include depression, couples and marriage, communication
and conflict, anger management, life transitions, men's issues, young adult issues, pornography addiction, family conflict, drug and
alcohol abuse, multicultural relationships and adolescent issues. Josh works with men and women between the ages of 13 and 60 years
old.
